Insured Payments

Insured Payments. (i) with respect to any Payment Date, the aggregate amount actually paid by the Insurer to, or at the direction of, the Indenture Trustee in respect of Deficiency Amounts for such Payment Date and (ii) the aggregate amount of any Preference Amounts paid by the Insurer on any given Business Day.
