Intangible Assets. Means intangible assets as defined in accordance with GAAP.
Intangible Assets. License agreements, trademarks, trade names, patents, capitalized research and development, proprietary products (the results of past research and development treated as long term assets and excluded from Inventory) and goodwill (all determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles consistently applied)

Intangible Assets.
