Intangible Assets. The aggregate amount of all assets classified as intangible assets under generally accepted accounting principles, including, without limitation, goodwill, trademarks, patents, copyrights, organization expenses, franchises, licenses, trade names, brand names, mailing lists, catalogs, excess of cost over book value of assets acquired, and bond discount and underwriting expenses.
Intangible Assets. Means all assets which would be classified as intangible assets under generally accepted accounting principles, including without limitation, goodwill, licenses, patents, trademarks, trade names, copyrights, capitalized software and organizational costs, licenses and franchises.
Intangible Assets. Shall mean all intangible assets of a Person, including, without limitation, capitalized servicing rights, goodwill, patents, tradenames, trademarks, copyrights, franchises, any organizational expenses, prepaid expenses, prepaid assets, receivables from Affiliates and any other asset as shown as an intangible asset on the balance sheet of such Person on a consolidated basis as determined at a particular date in accordance with GAAP.
