Integrated Agreements

Integrated Agreements. Means this Agreement and each of the agreements and documents described as a component of that term as defined in the Asset Purchase Agreement, which constitute integral parts of the single transaction by which Last Chance, Inc., will acquire the businesses and assets (real, personal, tangible and intangible) operated by Prospector Gaming Enterprises, Inc. and its Affiliates as the Gold Ranch Casino & RV Resort.
