Intellectual Property Filing

Intellectual Property Filing. Means with respect to any Trademark or Trademark License, the filing of the applicable Trademark Security Agreement with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, together with an appropriately completed recordation form, sufficient to record the Security Interest granted to the Secured Party in such Intellectual Property.

Intellectual Property Filing. With respect to any Patent or Patent License, the filing of the applicable Patent Security Agreement with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, together with an appropriately completed recordation form, sufficient to record the Transaction Lien granted to the Secured Party in such Recordable Intellectual Property.
