Intellectual Property Right

Intellectual Property Right. Means any and all intellectual property rights and industrial property rights and all other proprietary rights, including patents, patent rights, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets and all registrations and applications for all of the foregoing in any jurisdiction

Intellectual Property Right. Means any patent, copyright, trademark, service mark (and any application or registration respecting the foregoing), trade secret, know-how and other intellectual property right of any type.
