Intellectual Property. All patents, patent applications, copyright, trademarks, know-how and trade secrets owned or controlled by Purnovate as of the Effective Date and during the Option Term. For clarity, Adial warrants it does not own any of the forgoing related to compounds or technology targeting the adenosine receptors, and, if this warranty is later learned to be incorrect, such intellectual property is deemed to be included as Intellectual Property
