Intellectual Property. Intellectual Property. Means any right or protection existing from time to time in a specific jurisdiction, whether registered or not, under any patent law or other invention or discovery law, copyright law, trade-secret law, trademark law or trade name law, and includes legislation by competent governmental authorities and judicial decisions under common law or equity.
