Intellon Technology

Intellon Technology. Shall mean any and all Intellectual Property Rights and Inventions originated or developed by or for Intellon or its affiliates prior to the date of this Agreement and any and all enhancements, modifications, improvements, changes, revisions and Inventions relating thereto.

Intellon Technology. Means the Intellectual Property owned or licensed by, or conceived, developed or invented by or for Intellon, including without limitation Intellectual Property developed by Intellon pursuant to this Agreement.
