Intercompany Debt

Example Definitions of "Intercompany Debt"
Intercompany Debt. Shall mean any Indebtedness, payables or other obligations, whether now existing or hereinafter incurred, owed by the Borrower or any Subsidiary Guarantor to the Borrower or any Subsidiary of the Borrower.
Intercompany Debt. In respect of the Guarantor, all present and future indebtedness, liabilities and obligations of any and every kind, nature and description (whether direct or indirect, joint or several, absolute or contingent, matured or unmatured) of the Debtor to the Guarantor.
Intercompany Debt. All Debt owed by the Company to Affiliates of the Company, such Intercompany Debt as of March 31, 2006 is identified on Schedule 1.1(a) attached hereto and will be updated at Closing in accordance with the Payoff Amounts
