Intercompany Security Documents. Means each and every security agreement, pledge agreement, mortgage, deed of trust or other security document pursuant to which any HMO Subsidiary grants a Lien in any of its real or personal property to secure its obligations under an Intercompany Promissory Note.
Intercompany Security Documents. Means any security agreement, pledge, mortgage, deed of trust, or other security document executed by the Company in favor of the Holder, as amended or modified in accordance with the terms of the Credit Agreement.
