Interest Adjustment Period. Each successive one (1) calendar month period until the entire Indebtedness is paid in full, except that the first Interest Adjustment Period is the period from the date of this Note through April 30, 2011. Therefore, the second Interest Adjustment Period shall be the period from May 1, 2011 through May 31, 2011, and so on until the entire Indebtedness is paid in full.
