Example Definitions of "Interest Coverage Ratio"
Interest Coverage Ratio. Means the consolidated Earning Before Interest and Taxes of any Person for any period, divided by Consolidated Interest Expense of such Person during such period.
Interest Coverage Ratio. Means the ratio as of the last day of any Fiscal Quarter of (i) Consolidated EBITDAX for (a) the one-Fiscal Quarter ending on September 30, 2005, (b) the two-Fiscal Quarter period ending December 31, 2005, (c) the three-Fiscal Quarter period ending March 31, 2006, and (d) each four-Fiscal Quarter period ending thereafter to (ii) Consolidated Cash Interest Expense for such period; provided that, for purposes of the Interest Coverage Ratio for each of the four Fiscal Quarters ending on and after... Interest Coverage Ratio. As of any date means the ratio of (a) EBITDA to (b) Interest Expense; all of the foregoing calculated by reference to the immediately preceding four fiscal quarters of the Borrower most recently ended prior to such date of determination
Interest Coverage Ratio.
