INTEREST DIFFERENTIAL FUNDINGS. Means all US dollars advanced (or exchanged into Australian dollars and advanced) by KACC to KAAC and US dollars paid by KACC on behalf of KAAC during the period from July 1, 2004 through the QAL Closing related to payment to other QAL partners of interest subsidies on QAL Series X and Series Z Loans paid strictly in accordance with past practices.
