Example Definitions of "Interest Payment Date"
Interest Payment Date. (a) when pertaining to any LIBOR Rate Loan, the LIBOR Interest Payment Date, (b) when pertaining to any LIBOR Advantage Loan or Prime Rate Loan, the LA Interest Payment Date.
Interest Payment Date. (a) the last day of each Interest Period applicable to such Loan, provided, however, any Interest Period that would otherwise end on a day that is not a Business Day shall be extended to the next succeeding Business Day; and (b) the Maturity Date.
