Example Definitions of "Interest Rate"
Interest Rate. The definition of "Interest Rate" in Section 1.1 of the Loan Agreement is hereby amended and restated to read as follows: "Interest Rate" shall mean eighteen percent (18%) per annum.
Interest Rate. Shall mean 8.0%.
Interest Rate. The rate of [***]% per annum above the base rate of Barclays Bank Plc as applying from time to time in the UK
Interest Rate. The meaning set forth in Paragraph 5(a)
