Example Definitions of "Interest Rate"
Interest Rate. Which is the lesser of (i) 12% per annum and (ii) the greater of (a) 10% per annum, and (b) LIBOR plus 500 basis points per annum.
Interest Rate. Means the variable rate of interest from time to time announced by The BankBoston, N.A. (or its successor) as its base rate or, if such rate can no longer be determined, the variable rate of interest from time to time announced by a major commercial bank with administrative offices in Boston, Massachusetts selected by the Landlord as its base or prime rate.
Interest Rate. Means Moody's Baa Bond Index Rate, as in effect from time to time.
Interest Rate. Shall initially mean a rate of ten percent (10.0%) per annum, and for all periods after the first anniversary of date of this Note, a rate of twelve percent (12.0%) per annum.
Interest Rate. Means the Floating Rate.
Interest Rate. Shall mean an annual rate of interest which shall (to ------------- the extent permitted by applicable law) at all times be equal to the Prime Rate plus the applicable margin determined by reference to the factors applicable to such determination set forth in the Cost and Fee Schedule in effect on an Interest Payment Date or Closing Date, as the case may be.
Interest Rate. Shall mean, with respect to (i) the Class A-1 Notes, 1.25063% per annum, (ii) the Class A-2 Notes, 1.40% per annum, (iii) the Class A-3-A Notes, 1.83% per annum, (iv) the Class A-3-B Notes, LIBOR plus 0.16% per annum, (v) the Class A-4-A Notes, 2.47% per annum and (vi) the Class A-4-B Notes, LIBOR plus 0.28% per annum.
Interest Rate. Shall mean prime interest rate as reported in The Wall Street Journal on the date of this Agreement.
Interest Rate. Shall mean for each Interest Period commencing with the Interest Period which commenced on July 11, 2001, the per annum rate of 3.95% plus the greater of (i) LIBOR for such Interest Period and (ii) 4.10% (or, when applicable pursuant to this Note or any other Loan Document, the Default Rate).
Interest Rate. Shall mean a per annum rate equal to the lesser of (a) sum of (i) "LIBOR" (as defined in the Revolving Credit Agreement) determined as of the first day of each month during the term of this Note for a one-month period plus (ii) 6.50% and (b) the "Maximum Rate" (as defined in the Revolving Credit Agreement).
