Example Definitions of "Interest Rate"
Interest Rate. A rate per annum equal to the 3-month London Interbank Offered Rate ("LIBOR"), plus 7.0% (the "Interest Rate Spread"); provided, however, that on December 15, 2017 and December 15, 2018, the "Interest Rate Spread" shall be increased to 9.0% and 11.0%, respectively, and; provided, further, that if at any time during the term of this Note LIBOR is less than 1.0% per annum, the "Interest Rate" shall equal 1.0% plus the amount of the then current "Interest Rate Spread."
