Interface Technology. Shall mean any and all Intellectual Property Rights and Inventions directly arising out of or related to the interface of any Intellon Technology with the MOTOROLA BCS Technology and any and all enhancements, modifications, improvements, changes, revisions and Inventions relating thereto.
