Interim Financial Statements. The unaudited, internally prepared financial statements (balance sheet and statement of income) for the Company for the period beginning January 1, 2016 through July 31, 2016, reviewed and prepared by a certified public accounting firm.

Interim Financial Statements. Has the meaning set forth in ss.4(g) below.
Interim Financial Statements.
