Interim Period

Example Definitions of "Interim Period"
Interim Period. For a given Product, the first ninety (90) days of production of that type of Product; provided that the ninety (90) day period of production of a modified, new, or varied version of a given Product will not constitute an Interim Period.
Interim Period. Has the meaning set forth in the definition of Estimated Accrued Royalty
