Interim Period

Example Definitions of "Interim Period"
Interim Period. A period of calendar years chosen by the Committee commencing with any Date of Grant, which period is less than the Award Period commencing on the Date of Grant
Interim Period. A Means a period of at least one calendar years year chosen by the Committee commencing with any Date of Grant, which period is less than the Award Period commencing on the Date of Grant Grant.

Interim Period. Has the meaning set forth in Paragraph 2 hereof.
