Interim Trigger Date. The date specified in the next sentence. If, for any 20 trading days (which need not be consecutive) that fall within a period of 60 consecutive trading days occurring prior to the Interim Deadline, the Closing Price of the Common Stock on each of such 20 trading days equals or exceeds the Interim Price Goal, then the Interim Trigger Date shall be the last of such 20 trading days
