Internal Expenses. All internal expenses of the Company, including, without limitation, all salaries and expenses of its officers and employees performing legal or accounting duties, the expenses of independent accountants in connection with an annual audit and the fees and expenses of any other Person, including special experts, retained by the Company other than in effecting any registration pursuant to this Agreement or otherwise complying with its obligations under this Agreement
