INTERNAL JANSSEN RESEARCH. Shall mean the internal research conducted by Janssen and its permitted sublicensees using Rigel Technology or with Rigel Technology Assays, to assess the alteration or normalization of uncontrolled cell growth, cell division, dissemination or differentiation status of cancer cells.
