Interpretations. The foregoing definitions are equally applicable to both the singular and plural forms of the terms defined. The words 'hereof', 'herein' and 'hereunder' and words of like import when used in this Agreement shall refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular provision of this Agreement. The word 'including' when used in this Agreement without the phrase 'without limitation,' shall mean 'including, without limitation.' All references to time of day herein are references to eastern... time unless otherwise specifically provided. All references to the Agreement and Subordinated Notes shall be deemed to be to such documents as amended, modified or restated from time to time.
