Introduced Relationship

Introduced Relationship. Shall mean and include Introduced Persons and Opportunities as each of those terms are defined in NDA and shall also include all Named Entities listed on Exhibit A and their Affiliates and Control Persons (as defined in Exhibit A) that are specified by Service Provider to Clearday.
