Introgen Improvement. Any invention solely owned by Introgen consisting of compositions of the "bak" gene (i.e., fragments, derivatives and splice variants of the "bak" gene covered under Patent Rights) or methods of using the "bak" gene (including fragments, derivatives and splice variants thereof) and all intellectual property rights (including patent applications and patents) therein.
