Inventories. Shall mean shall mean all inventory, merchandise, finished goods, raw materials, work-in-process, packaging, supplies and similar personal property owned by the Company and held or stored by or for the Company or in transit in connection therewith (including, without limitation, held or stored for the Company at warehouses owned by third parties), for use in the operation of its business as of a particular date, whether or not recorded on its books or financial records, and... any prepaid deposits for any of the same at such date. Inventories. Shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the Management Agreements.

Inventories. Means "inventories" as defined in the Uniform System of Accounts, including, but not limited to, provisions in storerooms, refrigerators, pantries and kitchens, beverages in wine cellars and bars (excluding, however, any alcoholic beverages that are not legally permitted to be sold as a part of this transaction under applicable laws), located at or used in connection with the operation of the Real Property or the business conducted thereon.
