Inventory Days

Inventory Days. As of any date means the product of (A) the number of days that have elapsed in the fiscal year as of such date times (B) the ratio of (i) Inventory at the lower of cost or market value as of such date to (ii) the fiscal year-to-date cost of goods sold.
