Inventory. Shall mean all of Borrower's (a) inventory, as defined in Chapter 1309 of the Ohio Revised Code as in effect from time to time; (b) goods that are raw materials; (c) goods that are work-in-process; (d) goods that are materials used or consumed in the ordinary course of Borrower's business; (e) goods that are, in the ordinary course of Borrower's business, held for sale or lease or furnished or to be furnished under contracts of service; and (f) substitutes and replacements for, and parts,... accessories, additions, attachments or accessions to (a) through (e) above. Inventory. Inventory includes all inventory which I hold for ultimate sale or lease, or which has been or will be supplied under contracts of service, or which are raw materials, work in process, or materials used or consumed in my business.
