Invested Amount

Invested Amount. The aggregate amount paid to the Company in respect of all (i) shares of capital stock of the Company issued by the Company since September 1, 2012, and (ii) all securities issued by the Company since September 1, 2012 and that are convertible into, or exchangeable for, shares of capital stock of the Company; provided, however, that in no event shall the Invested Amount exceed $36 million.
