Invested Capital

Invested Capital. Economic resources that are expected to help generate future cash inflows or help reduce future cash outflows. Invested Capital is equivalent to current maturities of long-term debt, plus long-term debt, plus stockholders' equity, less Cash and less Goodwill. For purposes of calculation of this Award, the value of Invested Capital shall be the balance of such as reported by the Company in publicly filed financial statements for each applicable year.

Invested Capital. Means the amount calculated by multiplying the total number of Shares purchased by Stockholders by the Issue Price, reduced by: (i) any amounts paid by the Company to repurchase Shares pursuant to the Company's plan for redemption of Shares; and (ii) the aggregate amount of net sale proceeds distributed to Stockholders as a result of the sale of one or more of the Company's investments.

Invested Capital. With respect to the Stockholders, as of any relevant date, an amount equal to the excess of (i) the aggregate amount of cash contributed or deemed contributed by the Company to the Operating Partnership from the gross proceeds of the issuance by the Company of Shares to the Stockholders, over (ii) the sum of (A) the cumulative distributions of Net Sales Proceeds (as defined in the OP Partnership Agreement) made to the Company pursuant to Section 5.1(c) of the OP Partnership... Agreement as of such date and distributed to the Stockholders, and (B) the cumulative amounts paid to the Stockholders to repurchase Shares under the Company's share redemption plan as of such date. Invested Capital. Means an amount equal to the aggregate of (i) the Bain Purchase Price (as defined in the Purchase Agreement) and (ii) the Insight Purchase Price (as defined in the Purchase Agreement).

Invested Capital. The total proceeds from the sale of Shares. When a Property is sold, Invested Capital shall be reduced by the lesser of (i) the net sale proceeds available for distribution from such sale or (ii) the sum of (A) the portion of Invested Capital that initially was allocated to that Property and (B) any remaining shortfall in the recovery of Invested Capital with respect to prior sales of Properties

Invested Capital. The original issue price paid for the Shares reduced by prior distributions from the sale or financing of the Company's Properties

Invested Capital. The amount calculated by multiplying the total number of Shares purchased by Stockholders by the issue price paid to Wells REIT for such Shares, reduced by the portion of any Dividends that are attributable to Net Sales Proceeds and by any amounts paid by Wells REIT to repurchase or redeem Shares from its Stockholders.

Invested Capital. The Corporation's total long term debt plus the Corporation's total equity.
