Example Definitions of "Invested Capital"
Invested Capital. Economic resources that are expected to help generate future cash inflows or help reduce future cash outflows. Invested Capital is equivalent to current maturities of long-term debt, plus long-term debt, plus stockholders' equity, less Cash and less Goodwill. For purposes of calculation of this Award, the value of Invested Capital shall be the balance of such as reported by the Company in publicly filed financial statements for each applicable year.

Invested Capital. Means the amount calculated by multiplying the total number of Shares purchased by Stockholders by the Issue Price, reduced by: (i) any amounts paid by the Company to repurchase Shares pursuant to the Company's plan for redemption of Shares; and (ii) the aggregate amount of net sale proceeds distributed to Stockholders as a result of the sale of one or more of the Company's investments.
Invested Capital. Invested Capital.
