Investment

Investment. Any investment asset of the Fund issued in the United States of America, including without limitation: securities, bonds, notes, and debentures as well as receivables, derivatives, contractual rights or entitlements and other intangible assets, but excluding Oil Forward Contracts and Oil Interests (each as defined in the Fund's prospectus).

Investment. Is any beneficial ownership of (including stock, partnership interest or other securities) any Person, or any loan, advance or capital contribution to any Person.

Investment. For the avoidance of doubt, the forgiveness by the Borrower of receivables owing from New England Dough, LLC not to exceed $3,000,000 in connection with the contemplated restructuring of New England Dough, LLC shall not be deemed to be an Investment for purposes of this Agreement.
