Investment Amount

Investment Amount. Shall mean the dollar amount to be invested in the Company at the Closing pursuant to this Agreement by a Purchaser, as set forth on the Execution Page hereto executed by such Purchaser.

Investment Amount. Means, with respect to each Investor, the Investment Amount indicated on Schedule A to the Purchase Agreement, which is also reflected on the Schedule of Investors attached hereto as Schedule A.

Investment Amount. Shall mean the gross price of the Purchase Notice Shares.

Investment Amount. Means the dollar amount of the Company's average investment for the Plan Year, calculated by adding the investment reflected on the Company's financial statements as of the end of each fiscal quarter, and then dividing by four, where investment is determined as follows: Investment = indebtedness for borrowed money + shareholders' investment + obligations under capital leases -2-

Investment Amount. $2,000,000, the dollar amount to be invested in the Company at the Closing pursuant to this Agreement by the Purchaser.

Investment Amount. Shall mean the dollar amount of the Debentures purchased by the Fund at the Closing pursuant to this Agreement, as set forth in Section 2 hereto.

Investment Amount. Shall mean the dollar amount of the Debentures purchased by Momentum Fund, Momentum Fund III or Monarch at the Closing pursuant to this Agreement, as set forth in Section 2 hereto. 1

Investment Amount. Means, with respect to each Purchaser, the ----------------- investment amount indicated below such Purchaser's name on the signature page of the Purchase Agreement.

Investment Amount. Means the portion of the Maximum Investment Amount elected to be paid by Investor at an SPR Closing.

Investment Amount. $3,750,000, which is the dollar amount to be invested in the Company at the Closing pursuant to this Agreement by the Purchaser.
