Investment Guidelines

Investment Guidelines. Shall mean the investment guidelines adopted by the Board, as amended from time to time, pursuant to which the Adviser has discretion to acquire and dispose of Investments for the Company without the prior approval of the Board.

Investment Guidelines. The parameters and policies relating to Investments as determined by the Board of Directors, as set forth in the initial public offering prospectus of the Parent and as may be changed from time-to-time

Investment Guidelines. Means the parameters and policies relating to Investments as determined by the Board of Directors, as set forth in the public disclosure documents of the Parent and as may be changed from time-to-time.

Investment Guidelines. The investment guidelines and other investment parameters for Investments, financing activities and other operations as adopted by the Board, as may be amended, restated, modified, supplemented or waived by the Board of Trustees from time to time

Investment Guidelines. Means the investment guidelines adopted by the Board, as amended from time-to-time, pursuant to which the Adviser, or if delegated to the Sub-Adviser, the Sub-Adviser, has discretion to acquire and dispose of Investments without the prior approval of the Board.

Investment Guidelines. Shall mean the investment guidelines and borrowing policies adopted by the Board of Directors, as amended from time to time.
