Investment Period

Investment Period. With respect to an Award, means: (A) in respect of each Award having an effective date on or before December 31, 1997, the five-year period beginning on the date as of which such Award is granted; and (B) in respect of each Award having an effective date on or after January 1, 1998, the period beginning on the date as of which the Award is granted and concluding on the date specified by the Committee as the conclusion of the Investment Period in respect of such Award.
