Investment Return. Shall mean an annual return equal to (i) for any Annual Period comprising the Initial Period, 3.2% of the Investment Amount, plus (x) 12% of the Revenue of the Business for any Annual Period in which the Revenue of the Business is greater than zero but less than or equal to $5,333,333, (y) $640,000 for any Annual Period in which the Revenue of the Business is greater than $5,333,333 but less than or equal to $8,000,000, or (z) 8% of the Revenue of the Business for any Annual Period in which the...
