Investment

Investment. Is any beneficial ownership of (including stock, partnership interest or other securities) any Person, or any loan, advance or capital contribution to any Person.

Investment. Shall mean any investment asset of the Fund, including without limitation: securities, bonds, notes, and debentures as well as receivables, derivatives, contractual rights or entitlements and other intangible assets, but excluding Futures Contracts and Commodity Interests (each as defined in the Fund's prospectus).
