Investor Director Provider

Investor Director Provider. Any investor in the Company (or the Affiliate of an investor in the Company) that has an employee, direct or indirect owner, or service provider of such investor serving on the Board as a Director, provided that such Director has agreed with the investor (or Affiliate) that such investor (or Affiliate of such investor) will receive any Awards that such Director otherwise would receive.
