Investor Group

Investor Group. Shall mean, in respect of each Investor, such Investor plus any other Person with which such Investor is considered to be part of a group under Section 13 of the 1934 Act or with which the Investor otherwise files reports under Sections 13 and/or 16 of the 1934 Act.

Investor Group. For so long as any such Investors are not part of a Withdrawing Group, any one of (a) the Bain Investors, collectively, (b) the Carlyle Investors, collectively and (c) the THL Investors, collectively. Investor Group. Shall mean Joseph Hanson, John Veronis, John Suhler, Lawrence Crutcher and Margaret Bates collectively and shall include any Person who, after the date hereof, acquires shares as a Permitted Transferee of any of the foregoing Persons (or of any subsequent Permitted Transferees) in accordance with and subject to the terms of this Agreement.

Investor Group. Means the Investor and each "Investor" (as such term is defined in each registration rights agreement dated as of the date hereof between the Company and each party identified on Schedule I attached hereto and made a part hereof), as a group and not individually.

Investor Group. Shall mean any one of (a) the Bain Investors, collectively, (b) the Silver Lake Investors, collectively and (c) the Warburg Pincus Investors, collectively. Where this Agreement provides for the vote, consent or approval of any Investor Group, such vote, consent or approval shall be determined by the Majority Bain Investors, the Majority Silver Lake Investors or the Majority Warburg Pincus Investors, as the case may be, except as otherwise specifically set forth herein; provided, however, that... any such Investor Group shall cease to be an Investor Group at such time after the Closing, and at all times thereafter, as (i) such Investor Group ceases to hold Shares representing a Total Combined Investment (as defined in the Company's certificate of incorporation) of at least the Minimum Total Combined Investment (as defined in the Company's certificate of incorporation) or (ii) such Investor Group ceases to hold Shares equal to or greater than the Minimum Director Share Amount (as defined in the Company's certificate of incorporation); provided that no adjustment pursuant to the Company's certificate of incorporation to the "Minimum Total Combined Investment" or the "Minimum Director Share Amount" shall cause any former Investor Group to again become an Investor Group. Investor Group. Means those persons set forth on Schedule A to this Agreement.

Investor Group. Shall mean the following Partners: Leon Levy, Jack Nash, Dr. Albert Willner, Myron Chase, James H. Levi, Peter Venison, Arnold Adlin, Colin Keith and the Corporate Partner, and any successor or assign of any of the foregoing to the extent of the interest assigned, jointly (except as otherwise provided in the Agreement) and severally;

Investor Group. Means, collectively, the individuals and entities party to the Shareholders Agreement dated December 1, 1999, and each of their respective Affiliates.

Investor Group. Means each of the following: (i) the TMI Group; (ii) the MSV Investors Group; (iii) the Telcom/Columbia/Spectrum Group, and (iv) the Motient Group.

Investor Group. Shall mean any of the Bain Investors, the THL Investors and the Blackstone Investors.
