Investor Investment. Means direct or indirect investments in shares of Common Stock or other Capital Stock of the Company made by the Investor on or after May 4, 2012, but excluding any purchases or repurchases of shares of Common Stock on any securities exchange or any national market system after an initial Public Offering. The term Investor Investment excludes any investment originally made by the Investor in a Person other than the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
