Investor Majority

Investor Majority. Means Investors then committed to purchasing a majority of the Shares to be purchased hereunder at the Closing by all Investors (or, if after the Closing, Investors then holding a majority of the Shares held by all Investors).

Investor Majority. Shall mean the holders of not less than a majority of the issued and outstanding shares of Preferred Stock, voting together as a single class and not as separate series, and on an as-converted basis, which majority shall include the holders of at least seventy-four percent (74%) of the issued and outstanding shares of Series C Preferred Stock.

Investor Majority. Means the holders of shares representing at least sixty percent (60%) of the voting power of the then outstanding shares of Series C' Preferred Stock, Series D' Preferred Stock and Series E Preferred Stock, voting together as a single class.
