Investor Percentage

Investor Percentage. The percentage derived by dividing (i) the number of Shares of Common Stock held by all Claire's Investors immediately following the applicable Investor Sale, by (ii) the number of Shares held by all Claire's Investors as of the date hereof (subject to adjustment for stock splits etc.).
