Investor Request

Investor Request. Means a request from Holders that in the ----------------- aggregate beneficially own at least fifty percent (50%) of the Registrable Securities outstanding as of the date of such request.

Investor Request. Means a request from either (i) Investors that in the aggregate possess at least forty percent (40%) of the Registrable Investor Securities outstanding as of the date of such request or (ii) the TE Investors holding a majority in interest of the Registrable Investor Securities held by all TE Investors and at least two other "Major Investors."
