Investor Stock. Shares of Preferred Stock and shares of Common Stock issued upon conversion of the Preferred Stock

Investor Stock. Shall mean shares of the Company's Series E Stock now owned or subsequently acquired by the Investors whether or not such securities are only registered in an Investor's name or beneficially or legally owned by such Investor, including any interest of a spouse in any of the Investor Stock, whether that interest is asserted pursuant to marital property laws or otherwise.

Investor Stock. The shares of Common Stock now owned or subsequently acquired by the Investors whether or not such securities are only registered in an Investor's name or beneficially or otherwise legally owned by such Investor.
