Investor Stock

Investor Stock. Shall mean the shares of the Company's Common Stock or Preferred Stock now owned or subsequently acquired by the Investors.

Investor Stock. Means all Company Shares acquired by the Investors hereunder and all Company Shares hereafter acquired by the Investors. Investor Stock. Shall mean the shares of the Company's Common Stock now owned or subsequently acquired by the Investor whether or not such securities are only registered in Investor's name or beneficiary or otherwise legally owned by Investor. Investor Stock. Shall mean: (i) the shares of Common Shares issued to an Investor hereunder or otherwise owned by such Investor, (ii) the Common Shares issued to the Investor and (iii) any shares of Common Stock issued as (or issuable upon the conversion or exercise of any warrant, right or other security which is issued as) a dividend or other distribution on or with respect to, or in replacement of, any shares of Series A Preferred or Conversion Shares referred to in (i) and (ii) above.

Investor Stock. Shall mean the Common Stock issued or issuable upon conversion of the Company's Convertible Preferred Stock purchased by the Investors under that certain Stock Purchase Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, by and among the Company and the Investors.

Investor Stock.
