Investor. Is defined in the preamble to this Agreement, and includes any transferee of the Registrable Securities (so long as they remain Registrable Securities) of an Investor permitted under this Agreement, with respect to an Investor, its Lock-Up Agreement, and with respect to an Original Holder, the Letter Agreement.
