Investor

Investor. Shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement; provided that any Investor who becomes a Defaulting Purchaser under the Purchase Agreement shall immediately cease to be an Investor hereunder, except for purposes of Section 3.4 (Confidentiality).

Investor. Each of the investors listed on Schedule A hereto, provided that such investor continues to hold shares of the Company's Preferred Stock, Company Common Stock issued upon conversion of such Preferred Stock or Acquired Common Stock.

Investor. The Series A Investors, the Series B Investors, the Series B-1 Investors, the Series C Investors, the Series D Investors and the Series D-1 Investors, as well as any additional persons or entities becoming parties hereto in accordance with the terms hereof as an "Investor."

Investor. Means any Purchaser and any transferee or assignee who agrees in writing to be bound by the provisions of this Agreement in accordance with Section 9 hereof.

Investor. MST and any Permitted Transferee (as defined in the Lock-Up Agreement) who executes the Joinder (as defined in the Lock-Up Agreement)and, if such Permitted Transferee is a shareholder of MST, an Indemnity Undertaking under the Purchase Agreement.

Investor. And "Investors" each have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
