Investor's Share. As to the Right of Co-Sale, the percentage determined by dividing (A) the number of shares of Stock held by the Investor (calculated on an as-converted basis) by (B) the number of shares of Stock held by the Seller and all Investors participating in the Right of Co-Sale (calculated on an as-converted basis).
