Invoice Transmittal

Example Definitions of "Invoice Transmittal"
Invoice Transmittal. Shall mean a writing signed by an authorized representative of Seller.
Invoice Transmittal. Shows accounts receivable which Bank may finance and, for each receivable, includes the Account Debtor's, name, address, invoice amount, invoice date and invoice number and is signed by Borrower's authorized representative.
Invoice Transmittal. Shows EXIM Eligible Foreign Accounts which Bank may finance and, for each such Account, includes the Account Debtor's, name, address, invoice amount, invoice date and invoice number
Invoice Transmittal. Shall mean a writing signed by an authorized representative of Seller which accurately identifies the receivables which Buyer, at its election, may purchase, and includes for each such receivable the correct amount owed by the Account Debtor, the name and address of the Account Debtor, the invoice number, the invoice date and the account code.
Invoice Transmittal. A form wherein Client lists such of its Accounts as it requests that Amerisource purchase under the terms of this Agreement. For Accounts submitted by Client electronically to Amerisource, an Electronic Transfer of Sales document may serve as an Invoice Transmittal.
