IP Security Agreement

IP Security Agreement. The Intellectual Property Security Agreement of even date herewith by and between Grantor and the Secured Parties and all Schedules thereto, as the same may from time to time be amended, modified, supplemented or restated

IP Security Agreement. The Intellectual Property Security Agreement, dated of even date herewith, by and among the Company, the Company's Subsidiaries and the Secured Party.

IP Security Agreement. Means that certain Intellectual Property Security Agreement of even date herewith by and between Borrower and Silicon.

IP Security Agreement. Means that certain security agreement, dated the date hereof, among the Debtors and the Secured Parties, granting to the Secured Parties a security interest in the intellectual property of the Debtors in accordance with the terms thereof.

IP Security Agreement. Means that certain Intellectual Property Security Agreement dated as of the date hereof by and between Silicon and Borrower.

IP Security Agreement. That certain Intellectual Property Security Agreement dated as of the Closing Date by the Company in favor of the Lender

IP Security Agreement. One or more Copyright Security Agreements, Trademark Security Agreements, or Patent Security Agreements, in the form attached as Exhibit A to this Security Agreement, delivered by the Secured Party in favor of the Company
