Example Definitions of "IPO Price"
IPO Price. Means the initial price to the public per share for the Class A Shares offered in the IPO.
IPO Price. The initial price per share set forth in the prospectus included in the Registration Statement under which Common Stock of the Company is offered to the public in connection with the IPO.
IPO Price. The price at which a share of Common Stock is sold to the public in the IPO.
IPO Price. The price at which Common Stock is offered to the public pursuant to the IPO.
IPO Price. The public offering price per Class A Share in the IPO (as disclosed on the cover of the final prospectus relating to the IPO).
